People |
Be able to effectively supervise a team of up to 10 workers and meet Company requirement to undertake on the job training. Maintain an efficient workforce meeting productivity, and equipment requirements. |

Project Management - Operations |
Pre-work completed professionally following Company procedures. Professional management of the job during erection and dismantle, providing a structure fit for purpose and meeting Best Practice Guidelines of Scaffolding in NZ 2009. |

Equipment, Materials, and Processes |
Maintenance and the secure storage of tools and equipment including PPE on site as well as Company vehicles maintained to LTSA standard and kept clean and tidy. |

Health and Safety |
Personal knowledge and provides effective leadership in H&S. Promotes and sets standards for H&S on the job in compliance with Company /Legislative requirements
Organise and run regular meetings for staff to share relevant and appropriate H & S information. Follows company procedures in the timely and accurate reporting of any H & S issues including accidents, completes paperwork required and prompt follow up of any substandard event or accident. |

Relevant and timely information shared with all that need to know. Liaise regularly with Contract Supervisor. |
