Administration Manager – Auckland

Acrow is the largest Scaffolding, Formwork, Falsework and Event Infrastructure Company in New Zealand. We employ over 300 people throughout our nationwide branch network, servicing the industrial, commercial, civil and residential sectors.
About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for supporting the operational team with the smooth operation of day to day business.
- Preparing monthly claims and invoicing
- Supporting operations team
- Debtor Management
- Staff Management x4 admin staff
This newly created role will be hands on and challenging for someone who wants to show us what they’re made of. You will be organised, have a high level of accuracy and maturity, delivering excellence in all that you do. SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in accounts
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft package
- Experience supervising staff
- Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation
