Acrowskaf has six basic components with a large number of accessory components.
Standards
Acrowskaf is available in six sizes from 0.5 to 3 metres. All standards contain clusters comprising 4 V-housings welded to the tube and set at 495mm vertical centres to provide uniform platform positions. Construction: 48.3mm OD Tube. All have the Acrowskaf Socket connection system. Open-ended design accepts standards, adjustable base plates and U-heads.
V-Housing
Precision-positioned at 495mm intervals.
Ledgers
Ledgers tie the standards horizontally. Generally non-load bearing and feature captive spigots and wedges to lock into the standard V-housings. Used also as working platform guardrails.
Transoms
Acrowskaf transoms are load bearing.
Acrowskaf transoms have positive connecting spigots and wedges to connect to standards.
The T section shape of the transom supports the planks at both ends for clear, safe walkways.
Diagonal Braces
There are two types of diagonal braces, both feature pivoting connecting systems for left and right-hand connections to standards.
Face Brace
Braces standards longitudinally on scaffold face. Used between two outside face standards to full height of scaffold.
End Brace
Braces standards transversely. Use between end pair of standards for full height of scaffold.
Adjustable Jacks
There are two types of adjustable jacks, both fit directly into standards, with wingnuts for vertical adjustments.

Adjustable Jack
Jacks are used in scaffolding and formwork with thread safety stop. Ample spindle engagement for stability.
Adjustable U-Head
U-Heads are used for formwork and fit into the top of the Acrowskaf Standard.
Acrowskaf used as Falsework Support
U-heads are inserted into the top of the standard to support formwork bearers. Acrow Ltd can provide engineering services for your formwork design requirements.
Scaffold Planks
The Acrowskaf Scaffold Planks high-strength galvanised steel construction minimises corrosion. They fits flush on to the transom. Dimple tread gives surer footing and safety.
