The original Acrow Prop was the first adjustable prop in the world, revolutionising construction. It’s simple and innovative design, manufactured from high yield steel to Acrow’s specifications, permits versatility across a multitude of uses, including falsework support, as raking shores, and as temporary support.

Acrow Props are fast to erect in three simple steps, and are able to be handled by a single person, ensuring reliable and economical formwork and scaffolding applications.

Acrow Props are available in five sizes covering a range from 1050mm to 4900mm with axial compression working load limits ranging from 7kN to 42.5kN.

Our highly experienced inhouse Engineering team provide a full design service and produce easy to read plans to aid in efficient prop installation.

Acrow Soldier Props

Acrowshore

Acrowshore offers economical shoring at virtually any height on almost any kind of civil engineering project – such as the construction of highway bridges and overpass or the laying of heavy concrete slabs or beams.

The versatile Acrowshore system is comprised of only three major components – Frames, Braces and Jacks.

Part identification is easy and the system can be erected and stripped quickly. It is compact for storage or transport and the system is easy to change in order to increase or decrease the frame grid positions relative to the concrete thickness to be supported.

Less parts, large grids, easy identification, flexibility of support arrangement, light to handle, good load carrying capacity and infinite height adjustment – these important features make Acrowshore the ideal, fast practical system for all projects requiring concrete support.

And, if required, Acrowshore can be made compatible with existing systems.

Superslim Soldiers

The high-strength superslim soldier system is primarily used for formwork and falsework beams and can accommodate the most demanding formwork and propping project.

With its robust and easy to assemble fittings, the temporary propping soldiers can be used in a number of different temporary works applications, from back-propping, propping and needling to formwork spreader beams.

When used within formwork and falsework projects, the higher load capacities throughout the system drastically reduce the number of components required, consequently reducing assembly and striking times.

The superslim soldier systems can also be used as a compact high-load temporary propping system offering a capacity of up to 150kN per prop.

The system includes a comprehensive range of sizes, extensions and components accessories that together create a flexible and adaptable shoring system suitable for a wide range of uses.

Acrow provides basic falsework services through to full design packages, including erect, dismantle and inspection options.

We deliver expertly designed structural support solutions – no matter the height, weight, or technical difficulty. Our inhouse engineering department will design an effective solution and our experienced workforce will get the job done professionally, safely and in accordance with your construction programme.

Acrow works with you to create a full service solution encompassing both falsework requirements and the professional workforce to do the job. Includes, erect and dismantle, transport, inspections, plant hire and supervision, pre-development consultation, liaison with other contractors to ensure a best fit for maximum efficiency across all trades including cost and timeline perspectives.

Full Turnkey Services
